POLAR Heart Rate & Activity Tracking

A Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) is a useful tool to measure your work rate and performance, both whilst exercising and over time. 

Why would it be useful?
By measuring your heart rate whilst exercising you can determine whether you are working too lightly or too hard depending on your fitness goals.  Moderate to moderately high intensity exercise will result in an increase aerobic fitness and helps to lose and control weight; high intensity exercise increases performance.  By using a HRM you can see immediately how hard you need to work.  The HRM can also collect all your workouts and see what you need to change to achieve your goals!
